Password reset
Check your Spam or Junk folder. If you signed in using Google, password resets must be handled through your Google Account. Please allow up to 5 minutes for the email to arrive.
Upgrade to Student Plan
Log in and navigate to Settings → Plan & Billing, then select Upgrade to Student Plan. Payments are securely processed through Razorpay.
Refund information
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you were successfully charged but Premium features failed to unlock, or the Platform did not function correctly due to a verified technical issue on our end, please email gyanpath.ai@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment, along with your registered email address and payment reference number. We'll investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Generated paper issues
AI generation may occasionally return fewer questions due to model limitations or content filtering. Generating another paper usually produces different results.
Offline usage
No. GyanPath AI requires an active internet connection because AI generation and evaluation are processed online.
Account deletion
Email gyanpath.ai@gmail.com with the subject: Account Deletion Request and we'll process eligible requests within 7 business days.
Uploaded images
No. Images and PDF files uploaded for Question Generation or Snap & Grade are processed by Google Gemini AI and are not permanently stored on our servers.
